Every cover plate is cut in-house at our Sydney laser cutting facility — no outsourcing, no third parties, just quality steel cut to your spec and ready when you need it.

The 20mm cover is our most popular specification — heavy enough to handle vehicle traffic and plant loading, while remaining practical to handle and position on site. Ideal for covering active pits, drains and trenches in construction zones, road works, and civil infrastructure projects where vehicle and pedestrian access is required overhead.

Need a lighter option? Our 10mm covers suit pedestrian and light vehicle applications. Need something heavier? We manufacture steel pit and drain covers up to 50mm — just ask.

Pit, drain and trench openings are rarely standard — which is why we cut every cover to your exact requirements. Give us the dimensions of your opening and we'll cut a cover that fits, whether it's square, rectangular, or an unusual size. We can also drill to your hole pattern, add welded lifting points, and apply non-slip coating as required.
