Returns & Refunds

Custom & cut-to-order items

As our products are custom manufactured to your specifications, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced. Please ensure all order details are correct before placing your order.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure as defined under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund. For damaged or incorrect goods, claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Standard stock items

Where a return is agreed upon in writing, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, with proof of purchase. Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome by email. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. We do not offer exchanges.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind via a suitable courier. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
