Aussie Road Plates operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with access to our products and services (the "Services"). Aussie Road Plates is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

However, please note that colours or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to the type of device you use to access the store and your device settings and configuration.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be the same as depicted or rendered in our online store.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - QUOTES All quotes provided by Aussie Road Plates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to change due to steel market fluctuations. We reserve the right to reissue a revised quote after the expiry of this period.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS & PAYMENT Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or a written purchase order. Payment terms will be outlined on your quote or invoice. All prices displayed on this website exclude GST and delivery unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Aussie Road Plates reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Aussie Road Plates confirms acceptance in writing.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Aussie Road Plates may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted and production has commenced. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

SECTION 5 - PRICES & BILLING Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price confirmed in your quote or order confirmation. All prices exclude GST and delivery unless otherwise expressly stated.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and payment information for all orders placed with us. You agree to promptly update your information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY Aussie Road Plates delivers Australia-wide. Flat top bed and Hiab delivery options are available. Pick-up from our Sydney facility is welcome.

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by transport carriers, weather, or events outside our control. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery site is accessible for the delivery vehicle type arranged.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery or pick-up. Failed or unsuccessful delivery attempts may incur additional charges. All prices exclude delivery unless otherwise stated — contact us for a freight quote.

SECTION 7 - RETURNS & CLAIMS Any claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Goods must be inspected upon delivery — signing the delivery docket constitutes acceptance of the condition of goods received.

Custom cut-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced. Standard stock items may be returned subject to prior written agreement with Aussie Road Plates.

SECTION 8 - PRODUCT SUITABILITY & LIABILITY It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure the product selected is suitable for its intended application. Road plate suitability depends entirely on individual site conditions, load requirements, traffic classifications, ground conditions, and other variables unique to each situation.

Aussie Road Plates does not provide engineering advice. We strongly recommend seeking independent advice from a qualified structural engineer where required. To the extent permitted by law, Aussie Road Plates accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use or misuse of our products.

SECTION 9 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by Aussie Road Plates or its licensors and are protected by Australian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for lawful purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.

Aussie Road Plates's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Aussie Road Plates. You must not use such trademarks without our prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo and related marks are trademarks of Shopify Inc.

SECTION 10 - OPTIONAL TOOLS You may be provided with access to tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control over. We provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties or representations of any kind. We shall have no liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

SECTION 12 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Aussie Road Plates is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Aussie Road Plates. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Aussie Road Plates, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Aussie Road Plates.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN FULL.

SECTION 20 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUSSIE ROAD PLATES, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
