Where we ship
We ship Australia-wide, excluding Tasmania and some remote areas. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
We reserve the right to cancel any order where delivery cannot be fulfilled to your location.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order. Your shipping cost will be provided with your quote and confirmed at the time of ordering.
Production time
As all items are custom manufactured, production time is typically 1–10 business days depending on the complexity of your order, including factors such as material thickness, size, welded lifting points, and any custom coatings. A more detailed lead time can be provided with your quote.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
